Rhonda Hudson
I am Rhonda Hudson, a Monaco-based author, Soul Purpose Coach, Kundalini Yoga and Breathwork Facilitator, and President of the Kate Powers Foundation.
Born in California. Rooted in the South of France since 2000. I’ve walked many paths — healer, seeker, teacher, entrepreneur, daughter, partner, and space-holder through life’s most sacred thresholds.
My work is not about fixing. It’s about remembering.
I guide high achievers, visionaries, and soul-led beings back to the truth of who they are — beneath the titles, stories, and performance.

The Blessings of Alzheimer’s & Dementia is a spiritual memoir born from this journey. It is an intimate exploration of what it means to love someone whose experience of the world is changing, and of what may be discovered when we stop measuring a life only by what the mind can remember.
At its heart, this book offers another lens: a way of recognizing that love may still be present when memory changes, remembering that the soul is not erased by a diagnosis, and opening to possibilities beyond what we have been taught to fear.
